Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, provide helpful information, and resolve any concerns or issues.

Sales:

Assist customers in finding products, make product recommendations, and promote sales and promotions.

Transactions:

Process payments, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

Inventory Management:

Assist in inventory control, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.

Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and store policies.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
