To drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service for a luxury diamond jewellery brand, ensuring a premium shopping experience and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with professionalism, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on diamond jewellery.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Educate customers on the 4Cs of diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and brand value.
Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated with new collections, trends, and promotions.
Handle billing, payment processing, and documentation accurately.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and upkeep of the showroom and jewellery counters.
Build and nurture lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist in organizing in-store promotions, exhibitions, and client engagement events.
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock availability and proper handling.
Maintain strict adherence to company policies on sales, service, and security.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or relevant retail/sales experience.
1-3 years of experience in luxury retail / jewellery sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (advantageous, training can be provided).
Passion for customer service and luxury retail.
Presentable, confident, and well-groomed.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
