Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Retail Sales Associate / Field Sales Executive
to join our team in Meerut. This role is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct selling of Vinex sports and fitness products in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to retail outlets, gyms, sports academies, and institutional buyers to generate sales.
Pitch Vinex's product range to prospective customers with deep product knowledge.
Manage incoming leads, schedule demos, and negotiate deals to close orders.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM or reporting tools.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and local events when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or B2B product sales.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
Confident negotiator with customer-first approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & familiarity with CRM tools.
Other Requirements:
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Willing to travel within Meerut and nearby areas.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range:
?20,000 - ?23,000 per month (based on experience).
