The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail sales training and a passion for developing skills in the workforce.Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on retail sales techniques, customer interaction, and product knowledge.

• Curriculum Implementation: Ensure effective end-to-end training aligned with industry standards.

• Attendance & Progress Tracking: Maintain daily attendance records and monitor student progress.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in training Retail Sales Associates (RSA) or related fields.

• Proficiency in training methodologies and assessment techniques.

• Experience in people management and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with learning principles and modern training techniques.

• Ability to manage the full training cycle effectively.
