Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors in the Erode region.
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of all company products at retail points.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams for timely delivery and stock management.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
Ensure brand visibility through in-store branding and promotional activities.
Collect feedback from customers and retailers to improve product performance and reach.
Qualification:
Any degree.
Experience:
1-3 years in FMCG / Food & Beverage retail sales preferred. Freshers with strong local market knowledge may also apply.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with FMCG retail distribution channels.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
valid driving license (mandatory).
