Job Description

:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store. His/her job description entails ensuring maximum sales by the store as well as excellent customer service in helping customers in their purchase. He/she serves as the company brand representative, upholding the highest standards in carrying out daily functions. He/she is expected to take on higher responsibilities that may be assigned by the manager or assistant manager within the store.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Ascertain customers' needs and wants Actively involved in checking inventory Stay updated about product features Follow all companies' policies and procedures

Education

: Minimum - Bachelor's Degree

Skills:

Selling & customer service Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English Computer operating knowledge

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in front-end retail operations preferred Freshers can also apply

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
