Job Role & Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the retail showroom with professionalism and attention to detail. Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our framing solutions. Conduct

on-site/home visits

to assist clients with framing and wall display planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, artists, and decor professionals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborations through field networking. Execute marketing strategies to increase footfall and brand visibility. Maintain client records and follow up for post-sale service and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. Pleasant personality with a professional approach to client interaction. Quick learner with good grasping power and attention to design & detail. Ethical, disciplined, and self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset. Prior experience or contacts in

interior design, architecture, or art industry

is highly preferred.
