Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused freshers to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to start a career in the retail industry and enjoys interacting with customers in a fast-paced store environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them during the shopping experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
Process billing, handle cash/UPI transactions, and operate POS systems.
Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly tagged.
Support store promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Attend to customer queries and resolve basic issues with professionalism.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on new tasks.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.
Eligibility & Education*

Qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
Prior retail experience is not mandatory- freshers are welcome.
