We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Female Retail Sales Executive to join our Pomees / Mothercare store in Kannur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about retail sales, customer service, and achieving store targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash counter operations, and POS systems
Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness
Manage stock receiving, replenishment, and basic inventory checks
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and new arrivals
Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat sales
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Experience in retail sales preferred (Maternity wear / Kids wear / Apparel experience is an advantage)
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is a plus)
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
