Tanishq, a brand by Tata Group, is seeking experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Officers for our Rourkela store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, preferably in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide an excellent in-store experience Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Handle counter sales, product display, and billing Maintain high levels of product knowledge and brand awareness Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising Maintain store hygiene and discipline Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably jewellery, apparel, or lifestyle brands) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be a team player and customer-focused Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset Must be male and based in or willing to relocate to Rourkela Basic computer skills preferred
