Consistently achieve individual and showroom sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all jewellery collections and guide customers with confidence.
Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
Support showroom display, product presentation, and overall store upkeep to enhance customer experience.
Manage customer follow-ups for after-sales service, repeat business, and referrals.
Share customer insights and market feedback with management to help shape business strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 year of retail sales experience (jewelery/ luxury retail preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.
Smart, presentable, and professional with a customer-first attitude.
Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Basic commerce knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
