Job Description

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems to process transactions accurately Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals Support inventory management, including receiving and tagging merchandise Follow all company procedures, including safety and loss prevention standards Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive store environment
