Job Overview
The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving showroom and field sales of air-conditioning and refrigeration products, managing customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling walk-in customers, B2B clients, and institutional buyers while promoting Blue Star products such as Split ACs, VRF Systems, Deep Freezers, Visi Coolers, Cold Rooms, and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
Generate sales for products like VRF systems, ductable ACs, package units, split ACs, water coolers, and deep freezers.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the showroom.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with service teams for quick resolution.
Develop and maintain good relationships with builders, contractors, institutions, and corporate clients.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities organized by the company.
Keep track of stock availability and coordinate with logistics and accounts for timely order processing.
Maintain records of daily sales, leads, and customer feedback in CRM or Excel format.
Ensure brand standards and company policies are followed at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering).
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience in air-conditioning, home appliances, or consumer durables (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / CRM tools)
Negotiation and closing ability
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred)

Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (6 days/week)
Field Visits:
As required for institutional or project sales follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
