We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Retail Sales Associate
to manage front desk operations and drive sales for our premium fitness studio. This is a
target-based, customer-facing role
that combines
sales, front desk management, and customer experience
.
The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-ins, selling membership plans, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front desk operations and manage daily studio activities
Greet and assist walk-in customers and existing members professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fitness plans and memberships
Sell membership packages and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Maintain customer records, leads, and follow-up data
Ensure the studio is always presentable and customer-ready
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth customer experience
Handle basic billing, scheduling, and session bookings
Build strong relationships with clients to improve retention and repeat business
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented personality
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Willingness to work in a front desk + sales role
Preferred Skills
Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM systems is a plus
Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
