to handle customer interactions, promote products, and drive sales at the store. The role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing product displays, and achieving sales targets through

upselling and cross-selling

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately Maintain product displays and store cleanliness Track inventory and coordinate with the backend team Achieve individual and store sales targets Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation mandatory Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment Good communication and customer-handling skills
Skills Required

Sales and negotiation skills Customer-first mindset Basic computer and billing knowledge Presentable and confident personality
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
