Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, assist with product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues professionally.

Sales:

Identify customer needs, recommend products, and drive sales by promoting products and sales.

Transactions:

Process payments and returns accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the sales floor clean and organized, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.

Inventory Management:

Assist with receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.

Loss Prevention:

Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
