Masterstrokes - Contractor Associate (CA) -
Job Purpose -
- Job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors
that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this
contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
- He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with
Asian Paints. He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries,
training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant
requirement.
- He will the point of contact between company and customer in site upgradation
and evaluation.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian
Paints Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
- Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
Main Responsibilities -
- Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
- Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their
on-site proficiency.
- Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage.
- Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian
Paints.
- Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier

Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors. - Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
