Job Title: Premium Customer Support (Jewellery Sales)

Function: Sales & Customer Service

Reporting to: Business Associate/Store Manager

Job Details:

Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in purchasing jewellery products for

Men, Women, and Kids collections. Achieve sales targets and earn incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Help customers choose from a wide range of jewellery products

? Cross-sell and upsell products

? Wish customers on birthdays/anniversaries, invite them to celebrate at the store

? Follow CaratLane SOPs and policies

? Manage store operations, including stock management and display

? Maintain safety and security of products

? Provide support to marketing and VM teams

? Collect and share customer feedback to improve satisfaction and ratings

Store Management:

? Adhere to SOPs and cost-saving practices

? Manage stock and report sold items

? Ensure attractive product display

? Transfer stock to locker daily

? Monitor dead stock and work with store manager to minimize

? Develop relationships with competitors to improve store performance

Feedback Management:

? Collect customer feedback and share with corporate teams

? Help improve customer satisfaction and store ratings

? Education: Degree in Any Stream, Diploma Programme (Aviation, Hospitality)

? Relevant Experience: Fresher or 2-3 years experienced

Work Details:

? 9-hour shifts (flexible timings):

o General: 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Monday to Friday, one week off)

o Female staff: 10 am to 7:30 pm (flexible)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
