Puc candidates should have min 1 year of experience in any retail or sales

Location : all Banglore area

Salary : 20000 - 25000

In hand :16200 - 21000

Candidates should have good communication skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Sales and Customer Service

Greeting and Consulting:

Warmly welcome customers, assess their needs, and determine the purpose of their visit (e.g., eye exam, picking up glasses, frame repair).

Eyewear Selection:

Guide customers through the selection of

frames

, ensuring the style, size, and fit are appropriate for their face shape, lifestyle, and lens prescription.

Lens Counseling:

Educate customers on different

lens options

(e.g., anti-reflective coatings, transition lenses, blue light filters, high-index materials) and recommend the best choice based on their visual needs and budget.

Promoting Products:

Discuss and sell additional products, such as contact lenses, sunglasses, cleaning solutions, and warranties.

Point-of-Sale (POS):

Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and manage invoicing and insurance claims.
