Salary: ?4.2 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Bonus up to ₹1.8 LPA

We are expanding our presence across Bangalore and looking for passionate Retail Sales Associates to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases. Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate. Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards. Manage billing, payments, and ensure smooth transaction handling. Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally. Track inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishment. Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of retail sales experiencepreferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Flexible to work on weekends/holidays as per store requirements. Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office will be an added advantage.
