Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Generate sales invoices, process billing, and handle cash/credit transactions.
Maintain product displays, stock levels, and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock and reorders.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of billing software/POS systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service is an advantage.
