As a Retail Sales Associate/Executive, you will be the face of FurnAffair Home Store, assisting customers in selecting furniture that fits their needs and preferences. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and assisting them in finding the right products based on their requirements Providing detailed product knowledge and advising customers on features, benefits, and pricing Handling sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments Maintaining the showroom's visual appeal by ensuring products are properly displayed and arranged Handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional manner Meeting sales targets and contributing to store performance Ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:

Freshers and candidates with prior experience in furniture sales are both welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of retail sales processes Previous experience in a sales role (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
