Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize basket size.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively. Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising:

Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and labeled correctly. Monitor inventory levels and inform store manager of replenishment needs.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with company policies. Support in periodic stock audits and physical inventory counts.

Reporting:

Maintain daily sales records and report to the manager. Share customer feedback and market trends with the team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
