Job Description

Job Purpose:- To contribute towards the KPIs of the store and contribute towards the organization objectives Customer Service:- o Provide customer service by being up-to-date with latest fashion trends while maintaining a timeless knowledge of fashion principles o Assist customers in creating complete ensemble Increase Sales:- o Accountable for achievement of individual sales target and daily tasks assigned. o Responsible for securing and growing client base through generating or pursuing leads. o Upselling and focus on basic KPI's ensuring increased overall customer satisfaction and store profitability. Floor Engagement:- o Replenishment (tables, racks, shelves, walls) as per the brands standards on colour blocking, size, styles etc o Ensure the store including back-office is maintained at all times, by taking care of all hygiene and cleanliness standards Knowledge, Skill & Experience:- o Education: Preferably Graduate o Age: 18-26 years o Min Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in fashion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
