Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Retail Sales Associate - Jewellery

with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in reputed jewellery brands. The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering a premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewellery designs. Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately. Ensure proper display, merchandising, and cleanliness of jewellery showcases. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory. Coordinate with the backend team for stock movement, repairs, and custom orders. Adhere to company policies, store SOPs, and security guidelines. Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in retail sales with recognized jewellery brands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of jewellery valuation, purity, and certification. Customer-focused with a polished and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Educational Qualification

Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in branded jewellery retail. Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and during festive seasons.
