Qualification:

Any relevant degree

Experience:

Fresher or Min.1 - 2+ years

of exp in any retail sales preferably showroom outlets or constructions/similar industry.

Salary:

Up to INR 25,000/Month + Health Insurance benefits.

Skills Required:

- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Engage customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

2. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

3. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.

4. Process sales orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals.

6. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
