To assist customers in selecting jewellery products, deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and support smooth showroom operations in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs
Explain jewellery designs, purity, pricing, and offers
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom hygiene
Assist in billing, documentation, and POS transactions
Support stock handling, tagging, and reconciliation
Build long-term customer relationships and handle basic queries
Follow company policies, POSH guidelines, and confidentiality norms
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience in retail sales; jewellery experience preferred
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic product knowledge and sales orientation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
