Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selection.
Provide product knowledge, especially about lab-grown diamonds, design details, metals, etc.
Support upselling/cross-selling: offering complementary accessories, maintenance services, etc.
Maintain store displays, inventory, cleanliness, and product presentation.
Process sales transactions (billing, packaging) and follow store policies.
Ensure excellent customer service: respond to queries, resolve issues, build rapport for repeat business.
Maintain sales targets and contribute to store goals.
Learn sales techniques: clienteling, relationship building, follow-ups.
Requirements
0-2 years of retail, jewellery, luxury goods, or related sales experience. Freshers with enthusiasm and ability to learn are welcome.
Basic understanding / interest in gemstones, diamonds, jewellery design (lab-grown diamond knowledge is a plus).
Strong communication skills; ability to interact with customers in English, Hindi and Gujarati is preferred.
Pleasant demeanor, confidence, customer-first attitude.
Basic numerical ability (billing, calculations), honesty, reliability.
Flexible with mall hours, weekends, and festivals as per retail norms.
