Retail Sales Executive - Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend products. Explain product features, pricing, and offers. Achieve daily/monthly sales targets. Maintain product displays and store cleanliness. Handle billing, payments, and documentation. Manage customer queries and after-sales support. Maintain stock awareness and update product knowledge. Follow company policies and sales processes. Build customer relationships for repeat business.
