We are now expanding our retail family and inviting style-savvy, well-spoken professionals to join our flagship Delhi store as Retail Sales Associates. If you have a passion for fashion, storytelling, and customer delight, this is your chance to represent a brand redefining modern luxury.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. 6 days a week working.

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the FACE of House of Namaera -- creating memorable experiences for every client who walks into our boutique.

You'll engage with customers, understand their preferences, share product stories, and guide them toward pieces that resonate with their personal style. Beyond selling, you'll embody our brand values and help us nurture lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and product expertise Provide detailed information about our handbags, materials, and craftsmanship Assist clients in making confident, personalized purchasing decisions Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation Support inventory management, restocking, and product display Achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding brand integrity Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional retail experience
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion, design, and premium products Proven ability to engage clients and provide excellent customer service Team-oriented mindset with good multitasking and organisational skills Basic understanding of retail operations Education: Diploma or equivalent
