Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Retail Sales Associate

to support our

Furnace Oil marketing operations

. The ideal candidate will have experience working with

dealers of lubricants or ball-bearings

in the

Bokaro

region. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of industrial product sales, especially within the B2B and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

Furnace Oil

to retailers, dealers, and industrial clients in Bokaro and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers of lubricants, bearings, and other related industrial products. Identify and onboard new retail outlets and maintain existing dealer networks. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay updated with market trends. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients when needed. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and daily reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience under

dealers of lubricants or ball-bearings

, preferably in

Bokaro

or similar industrial regions.

Education:

Minimum 10+2; a diploma or degree in marketing or a technical field will be an advantage. Strong local network in Bokaro and understanding of the regional industrial landscape. Good communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in local language (Hindi) and basic English. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
