Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Manage inventory and stock levels; ensure products are properly displayed
Handle billing and payment processes accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary
Keep up to date with product knowledge and store promotions
Assist in visual merchandising and promotional setups
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline
Proven sales or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)
Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
