Job Summary:

The Car Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, explaining features and financing options, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information about available models, variants, and pricing.

Product Presentation: Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and highlight key benefits and specifications.

Sales Process: Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and assist customers with booking and documentation.

Finance & Insurance Coordination: Help customers with financing, insurance, exchange offers, and other value-added services.

Follow-up: Maintain contact with prospective and existing customers for repeat sales and referrals.

Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated on competitor models, features, and pricing.

Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles.

Showroom Upkeep: Maintain the display area and ensure that all vehicles and promotional materials are presented attractively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

Experience: 0-3 years in automobile sales or customer service (freshers can also apply)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of automobiles and market trends

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)

Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused personality

Working Conditions:

Work Location: Car showroom / dealership premises

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary as per dealership policy)

Days: 6 days a week (weekends may be working days)

Monthly vehicle sales volume

Customer satisfaction score

Test drive conversion ratio

Follow-up and lead conversion rate

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,864.36 per month
