Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented

Retail Sales Assistant

to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the store. Understand customer needs and guide them with product choices. Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store cleanliness. Support billing and POS operations. Keep track of stock levels and help with restocking. Manage fitting rooms. Provide basic product information to customers. Assist with store promotions and daily tasks. Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus 3 years. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales and customer assistance. Positive attitude and team spirit.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
