Need999 is seeking energetic and motivated
B2B & Retail Sales Executives
to expand our market presence across wholesale and retail segments. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, promoting Need999 products, and driving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach
B2B (corporate, dealer, distributor)
and
retail clients
.
Promote and sell Need999's range of products and services.
Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order and delivery execution.
Conduct market visits to identify potential business opportunities.
Collect market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
B2B or retail sales
preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital communication.
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
