We are looking for

Retail Sales Executive

who is responsible for driving sales of the rice mill's retail products by developing customer relationships, increasing market reach, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

What we are looking for:

Promote and sell the rice mill's retail products (various rice grades/pack sizes) to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.

Maintain retail cash and stock, interact with customers to understand their needs and address complaints, and record readings from digital meters.

Coordination with sales office, warehouse, and dispatch teams Execute promotional activities such as in-store branding, sampling campaigns, and product demonstrations.

Collect orders from retail counters and distributors and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely supply.

Ensure product availability and visibility at retail points.

Monitor stock levels at distributor/retailer points and suggest replenishments.

Qualification:

Education: 10+2 or Graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture) Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG / Rice Mill / Grain sales Languages: Local language + basic English/Hindi depending on region

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
