Retail Sales Assistant
to support daily store operations, assist customers, and drive sales while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide
product information and assistance
Promote products and support
sales conversions
Handle
billing, cash, and POS operations
Maintain
store cleanliness, display, and merchandising
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues
Support daily opening and closing store activities
Required Qualifications
10th / 12th Pass / Any Graduate
1-4 years experience
in retail sales (freshers welcome)
Good communication skills
Customer-friendly and presentable personality
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of FMCG / retail products
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Sales-oriented mindset
Teamwork and time management skills
