Key Responsibilities :
Handle WhatsApp chats promptly and professionally
Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and timelines
Attend and assist walk-in customers at the store
Explain product details, customisation options, and process clearly to customers
Take complete responsibility for orders - from enquiry to order confirmation
Coordinate order details with internal team (design/production/logistics)
Maintain proper records of customer details, orders, and follow-ups
Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns or complaints
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status
Maintain a polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude at all times
Required Skills & Qualities :
Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
Experience in customer handling or sales support is an advantage
Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic mobile apps, and records
Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple customers calmly
Willingness to take ownership and accountability for orders
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
