Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Demonstrate product features, uses, and benefits.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing and cash register operations accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Replenish stock and ensure products are properly displayed.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and store policies.
Support inventory control and participate in stock counts.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Graduate preferred
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in retail or customer service
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer literacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused attitude
