Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Sintex water tanks through retail counters and dealer/distributor channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, plumbers, and contractors.
Identify new retail opportunities and expand the dealer network.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at retail outlets.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer support.
Collect market intelligence and feedback on pricing, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail or channel sales, preferably in building materials, plumbing, or plastic products.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
Local language proficiency is a must.
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Sales training is a plus.
