### Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.

- Help customers find products based on their needs and preferences.

- Sales Handling:

- Provide detailed product information and promote store offers.

- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.

- Inventory Management:

- Organize and maintain store displays and shelves.

- Ensure proper stock alignment and replenishment.

- Billing and Cash Handling:

- Operate the cash register and handle payment transactions accurately.

- Ensure proper change distribution and maintain daily sales records.

- Store Upkeep:

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.

- Follow store safety protocols and guidelines.

### Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum education: 10th standard pass.

- Good communication skills (basic knowledge of spoken language used in the area).

- Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to assist shoppers.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Prior experience in retail sales is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
