Job position - Retail Sales Assistant-Storyteller

Vibrant & enthusiastic individuals with a hunger for sales


Strong communication skills in English & Hindi


Step outside the store and approach the customers


Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets / vouchers in order to market & attract the customers to the brand


Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers in the vicinity


Flexibility to work in shifts Roles & Responsibilities


Attract new customers and increase sales by engaging with people outside the store.


Promote various products by explaining their benefits and uniqueness.


Must be able to confidently converse with guests and potential customers.


Interact with 80-100 people per day with the goal of convincing at least 50 to visit the store.


Maintain a record of customer names and contact numbers. Offer sample products in exchange for their details as a marketing strategy.


Recognize potential customers based on appearance or behaviour.


Approach foreign tourists or females who are more likely to be interested in skincare, wellness, and personal care products.


Have punchlines ready and know how to start conversations with potential customers.

Ability to commute/relocate: Dehradun: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
