Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Consult with customers to understand their motorcycling needs and preferences.
Demonstrate and explain products, highlighting features and benefits.
Recommend and suggest suitable merchandise tailored to customer requirements.
Answer customer questions regarding product details, fit, safety, and usage.
Assist customers with purchase decisions and upselling where appropriate.
Retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stockroom, or other inventory locations.
Place special orders for customers as needed.
Collect payments and process transactions through the POS system.
Handle product returns and exchanges as per store policy.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and stock accuracy.
Support inventory management and participate in stock audits.
Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
