Key Responsibilities
Make outbound
cold calls
to prospective clients from provided databases
Generate
qualified leads
for residential / commercial real estate projects
Explain property details clearly and professionally to clients
Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records
Coordinate with the sales team for
site visits and closures
Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates
Achieve assigned
monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience
in real estate sales
Strong
communication and convincing skills
Experience in
cold calling and lead generation
Basic
computer knowledge
(MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of local real estate market
Good negotiation and closing skills
