Position - Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to

join our high-end gourmet and confectionery store. The ideal candidate will

have

1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, gourmet foods, or the

confectionery industry and a passion for fine products and exceptional service.

This is a client-facing role requiring both product knowledge and strong

sales acumen, with a key focus on delivering a premium shopping experience

to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers with a warm, personalized approach to

create a welcoming luxury retail experience.

Provide detailed knowledge and recommendations on gourmet foods,

artisanal products, premium chocolates, confectionery, and gifting

options.Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and

repeat customer engagement.

Maintain excellent store presentation, including product displays,

cleanliness, and merchandising standards.

Handle billing, POS operations, and ensure smooth, efficient checkout

Processes

Manage customer queries and complaints with professionalism and

grace.

Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, restocking

shelves, and identifying fast-moving products

.

Support in corporate gifting inquiries, events, and seasonal

promotions.

Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience in luxury retail, gourmet food,

confectionery, or hospitality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural flair for

customer service.

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.

Passion for gourmet food, fine ingredients, and upscale customer

experiences.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if

needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in Retail Management, or Food & Beverage industries.

Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (especially English +

local/regional language).

Previous experience dealing with corporate or VIP clientele is

advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,937.73 - ₹35,100.50 per month
