The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also assist walk-in customers and coordinate with our marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
Responsibilities
Handle
customer inquiries
and explain product features and pricing.
Promote
Focal, Naim, and other luxury audio brands
.
Generate and follow up on leads
via calls, emails, and showroom visits.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with dealers and clients
.
Meet or exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Maintain proper records of inquiries and sales in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the
marketing and technical team
for customer support.
Requirements
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Prior experience in
sales, telecalling, or customer engagement
preferred.
Confident and persuasive with a
customer-first attitude
.
Knowledge of
audio-video, home theatre, or luxury products
is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
Education:
Minimum HSC or Graduate.
