We Fishtail Seafood a renowned Fresh Fish Retail outlet looking for a Sales Manager for our store in Thane west..

who is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and profitability of the fish shop (offline/Online ) by focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team management within the specific context of the fresh fish and seafood industry.

Key responsibilities include-

Driving sales (Offline/Online):

Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer service excellence:

Ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, providing advice on seafood choices, and handling complaints professionally.

Overseeing daily operations:

Managing all aspects of the fish shop, including customer service, sales, and operations.
Basic Requirement-

1. Education - 12+ /Graduate

2. Experience needed - 0-2 yrs

3. Location - Preferably from Thane nearby location.

4. Looking for go getter types... fluency in Marathi/Hindi

5. Total working hours - 10 hours a day

6. Weekoffs- Monday or Thursday

7. Fixed Salary + Commission on sales (purely on performance)
