EXP: 3 TO 5 YEARS

ADVANCE EXCEL MUST.

Product Placement & Displays:

Arranging and setting up product displays, shelving, and promotional signage to attract customers.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels, preventing stockouts, and coordinating timely product delivery.

Sales & Promotion:

Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and implementing promotional strategies.

Collaboration:

Working with store managers, buyers, suppliers, and sales teams to align on stock and display goals.

Market Research:

Gathering customer feedback and market information to inform merchandising decisions.
Core Duties

Perform stock checks and manage product flow from stockroom to shelf. Create visually appealing, accessible, and strategic product arrangements. Ensure proper pricing and promotional signage is in place. Track inventory levels and report issues. Provide customer service and training to store staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications

GRATUATE Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Analytical skills for sales data. Marketing understanding and a creative eye for displays. Often requires a valid driver's license for travel between stores.
