We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Retail Salesman

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible for assisting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Maintain proper product display and cleanliness of the store Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately Ensure stock availability and report low stock to the Store Manager Follow company policies and store procedures Support team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass Previous retail sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply) Good communication skills Willingness to work in shifts Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ?15,000 per month Incentives based on targets achieved Growth opportunities within the company
