Retail Sales Assistant
to join our team and provide an excellent in-store experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
Assist customers in selecting baby products, toys, and kids' items
Maintain product knowledge and share features/benefits confidently
Ensure shelves are well-stocked and store displays are attractive
Handle billing using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and store organisation
Manage customer queries and provide exceptional service
Support with daily sales targets and promotions
Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of baby/kids products (training will be provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Positive attitude, team spirit & willingness to learn
Basic computer skills preferred
Qualifications
Plus Two / Degree
Freshers can apply
Previous retail experience is an added advantage
